Dr. Asim Abdulkhaleq is a system safety expert for Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) / Highly Automated Driving Systems (HAD) at Robert Bosch in the Chassis Systems division. From 2012 to 2017 he worked as a research assistant in the field of system safety engineering at the Institute of Software Technology, University of Stuttgart. In 2017, he was awarded his doctorate in the field of software safety engineering based on STAMP/STPA theory. In 2012, Dr. Abdulkhaleq holds a Master's degree from the Institute of Automation and Software Engineering of the University of Stuttgart in the field of Software engineering. In 2005, Dr. Abdulkhaleq earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
