The Pop in Your Job:
What I love most about my job is that it has real meaning—I get to help make roads safer for everyone. I really value the opportunity to work with experts and learn from their experiences, as it enhances my ability to contribute to the technical aspects of my role, even though my educational background isn't strictly technical. The work I do in Škoda’s Car Security Incident Team is almost never repetitive, which keeps my brain active and engaged. I'm also grateful to have management that supports my innovative ideas, even if they are new and different from what's been done before in the company. This combination of meaningful work, continuous learning, and creative freedom is what drives me every day.
